3,5 OR 7 year lot loan starting at 5.875% interest rate /APR 6.29%

Loan To Value Amounts:

80%  up  to $350k

75% up to $500k

70% up to $630k

65%  up to $750k

By exception above $750,000 (max loan is $1 MM)
