This company was founded by former college business professor and business executive "C R" Dunbar over a quarter century ago. Like all great entities it has evolved in several ways.

1. Philosophically: in its pursuit of excellence, and

2. Practically: providing services to a growing niche in a growing  industry (CRE funding). 

In fact, commercial real estate funding (CRE funding) has been the company's primary focus since 2004.   We offer various loan and investment product categories that are structured to be sensible for typical funding needs.  to provide services that aligned with the  needs of a growing  We have provided strategic planning to business owners, managers, and leaders since the 1990's. In the early 2000's our focus expanded to services that include funding for commercial real estate acquisition and refinancing. Since 2004, this has been our sole focus.

Acquiring funding for commercial real estate acquisition, development, or refinancing  can be a challenge  –  factors such as valuation of the asset, speed at which a project can be assessed, approved, and funded, and  a maze of other issues require significant expertise in order to make it all work.
